What you MUST have on your webpage is the following:
- Introduce the solution
- Give reasons why they should join your list
- Create a call to action to join your list
Your headline is the most important part of your landing page. That’s because the headline’s primary job is to grab their attention.
You need to speak directly to the target audience…
Here’s one example of creating a powerful headline:
“You’re About to Discover the Secrets of Looking 10 Years Younger In Just One Week From Now!”
Your opener should seek to build rapport with your prospect and, whenever possible, gently evoke some emotion.
3. Introduce Solution:
Once you’ve reminded your prospect of their problem, then your next step is to introduce your product as the final solution. This is as simple as telling the reader that you have the solution to their problem.
5. Create a call to action:
At this point your prospect is actually very interested in joining your list. So, it seems obvious what your prospect needs to do next: simply full out the opt-in form so that they can join the list.
However, even though it seems obvious, you still need to tell your prospective subscriber exactly what you want him to do next. This is referred to as your unique call to action.
